Concept

Our team combines years of experience in the planning, coordinating and mentoring of students from across Europe, together with that in software design at a commercial and industrial level, to create the European Projects Portal, Eurovoca, a unique platform to support all aspects of mobility within the framework of Erasmus+.

A streamlined process

As a dedicated hosting organization with our own training facilities we are able to guarantee all paperwork will be completed as required and on time. And through agreements with local companies you can rest assured your accommodation, food, travel and activities will be arranged and invoiced in accordance with the Erasmus+ guidelines.

Peace of mind

By registering with us at eurovoca.org, companions and faculty staff can access our flipped classroom to keep up-to-date with a student's progress throughout the duration of their internship. We also have very active Facebook and Instagram accounts where students are encouraged to share their experiences in the classroom, city, and during cultural activities.

Hosted Internships (KA1)

These are designed to prepare students for both the current job market and future employment trends through a series of technical workshops that integrate various aspects of IT, electronics, business and manufacturing to offer a creative experience with practical applications under the supervision of our own mentors.

Modular design

Regardless of sector, all course modules have at least one digital component within the software or hardware that can be used in combination with modules from the same or different sectors, which we use to show students how different technologies work together in real world examples.

Flexibility

Modules are designed with multiple entry points to accommodate students at varying levels of competency, and for groups to take advantage of subjects within a course that are more relevant to their school curriculum.

Integration

The modular approach allows us to shape courses to accommodate and coincide with your school curriculum.

The portal also allows different groups to work together during the same mobility or at different times towards a longer term objective.

Overview

Each internship is designed to complement your students' curriculum by introducing ideas and technologies they are not likely to experience. VALENCIA

Valencia is a place where the culture, architecture and natural beauty of several hundred years can be experienced in a typically modern city setting. From perfectly restored churches to the futuristic City of Arts and Sciences, you never tire of walking through its labyrinth of streets and squares - there is always something new to see around every corner.

TRAINING FACILITY

Located close to the city centre, our fully air-conditioned training facility provides everything required to complete your mobility in comfort with individual PC workstations and all the latest tech from virtual reality headsets to professional video cameras and much more.

ACCOMMODATION

Valencia is a tourist destination with accommodation to suit all budgets, so we can recommend professionally managed modern apartment blocks within easy walking distance of the training facility and city centre where everyone can be together. Each air-conditioned apartment has a lounge and fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and dryer, bathroom and bedrooms with single beds to accommodate up to six guests. Wherever you stay, supermarkets, fast-food, restaurants and the Metro are always withing easy walking distance.

FOOD

Though there are numerous places to eat in the city, for your convenience we can arrange with a catering company to provide lunch and dinner meals on any days during your stay, which will be delivered to either our training facilities or your accommodation. If you choose to stay in our recommended apartments we can also organize a variety of food to be delivered in advance for breakfast. Alternatively, you will find plenty of cafes close by to enjoy the traditional Spanish 'desayuno'.

What people are saying about Eurovoca

I E from Serbia
I can definitely say that this Erasmus project was the best one I've been a part of. The mentor Aran was amazing and he showed us how to work better in a team and was there wherever you needed him. The atmosphere was good, the experience I had was amazing, I recommend going in Valencia for the program, it was a feeling that will forever be in my heart.

D A from Bulgaria
Aran is just incredible. He was taking care for 36 kids at once and he was teaching all of us things that are about our professions. He is very kind and he can easily work with kids. He deserves more than just 5 stars. We really appreciate you, Aran!

L P from Croatia
As someone who had questionable experiences with different Erasmus hosts, Eurovoca was a breath of fresh air when it came to the way we were taught. Arans transparency and helpfulness are elements which not only make Eurovoca one of the best places for an Erasmus program in Spain, but in the whole of Europe.

I F from Slovakia
Eurovoca is a wonderful experience. Working with students is at the highest level, with the best equipment and great company. Mentor Aran is one of the most professional and resourceful people I have met, and it is a pleasure to work with him.

M K from Slovakia
Best Erasmus project I've been at.
